Obviously an Easter cake...Need I say more?
My first fondant cake in class. Fondant is interesting to work with....love the look but doesn't taste so good.
This is one of my favorite cakes, for a friends son's birthday. It was also one of the largest cakes I've done. This consisted of 2 14" rounds cut to fit together to make a racetrack. So much fun, and one of the most challenging cakes I've done!
Graduation cake for Colin. I babysat him when he was 3 yrs old! Now he's going to college! Oh boy....what a wake up call for me! He's very very tall, so he was very good at basketball. I'm so proud of him!

This is another one of my favorites. It was for my sister in law's friend's bridal shower. It was a fall wedding, and she asked for fall leaves. I was pleased with how the fondant/gumpaste leaves turned out. The bride said the leaves were her favorite part, and very tasty!

My girlfriend Julie's birthday. Her favorite colors are Pink and brown. It was a hit!
These are all I could scrounge up for now,...but these were just the remaining cakes from last year. I've done a few this year as well. Stay tuned for those!
